I have never been so appalled and all my life. Cannot imagine the hell it must be working for that woman every day.
- JEJaime EscamillaFeb 27, 20262.0Tried to return pair of sneakers, but no box, store manger told me that company policy is not to accept returns with no box, called customer service and according to them they accept returns with no box, floor manager have power over general policy. they say they have the policy to made easy returns, even I told manager that I wanted to exchange for different brand, paying extra in price.
