They had visible signs of wear and looked like they had already been worn before being sent to me. When I order and pay for a brand-new pair of shoes, I expect to receive them in brand-new condition. Receiving worn shoes is completely unacceptable and made this a very disappointing shopping experience. P.S. I really like this shoe brand and have been happy with their products, but I’m very disappointed with this particular store.
