  Fix the dang phone number I just drove an hour half to be told they can’t help me. I’ve spent about 900 bucks on 2 pairs of glasses just for them to break a month later and the other pair didn’t even come how I ordered them.

  Older tall guy working there is rude and defensive. Seemed annoyed, unhappy and as if he didn’t have any patience with questions. We chose to go to Best Buy instead. Plus, they don’t have the Gen 3 at fashion island location. Would have probably purchased the Gen 2 there but his attitude was poor and unfriendly.

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this location, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Alex went above and beyond from the very beginning. Her kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I came in looking for a special gift for my mom—specifically the Meta smart glasses—and Alex guided me through every single step with incredible attention to detail. She took the time to explain all the features, made sure I fully understood how they worked, and helped me choose the perfect option without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and friendly approach. If you’re visiting Ray-Ban, do yourself a favor and ask for Alex—you won’t regret it.

  Fantastic service- Ten stars! I was exploring sunglass options with my 17 year old son when Kalle asked if he could clean my sunglasses. Kalle took the time to shine them, screw the loose frames and adjust them for me. For my son to witness what amazing customer service and courtesy looks like from another man was a legit life lesson! We are both so impressed by Kalle!
