  How can such an amazing place as Newport Beach and Fashion Island have such an unprofessional, unpleasant, wicked, and rude employee (Shannon) who doesn’t know how to treat customers or follow basic etiquette? I am a loyal Ray-Ban customer and own three pairs of Ray-Ban glasses. I wanted to buy the Meta Glasses. I asked her a very simple question that would have taken literally one second to answer. I asked if the camera on the Meta Glasses displayed on the shelf was a real camera or a dummy, because it looked extremely small and I needed to know. She didn’t answer me and simply ignored me. I took out my phone to take a picture of her, and she started yelling at me that I couldn’t take her picture. She works in a public place and is an employee of the company. As far as I understand, I have the right to photograph and record in a public place, subject to applicable law. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I have never seen this employee at this store before!!!

  Fix the dang phone number I just drove an hour half to be told they can’t help me. I’ve spent about 900 bucks on 2 pairs of glasses just for them to break a month later and the other pair didn’t even come how I ordered them.

  Older tall guy working there is rude and defensive. Seemed annoyed, unhappy and as if he didn’t have any patience with questions. We chose to go to Best Buy instead. Plus, they don’t have the Gen 3 at fashion island location. Would have probably purchased the Gen 2 there but his attitude was poor and unfriendly.
