  I have had a lovely experience so far at the new location, we just moved back home from LA and it’s a nice change. Grew up going to the SCP location with my parents and got gowns, dads suits for work, moms clothes back in the day etc. bought two hand bags for my mother and I, the sweet tall lady I believe she was Russian, was so helpful, in helping me pick out a present for her for her birthday but it turned out, it’s a bit of a struggle bag for my mother’s age so I ended up returning both bags, getting a different one for myself. I love the bigger version of my new bag so much so I went today for a new color #2, the other sweetest girl in the blue dress/beige top helped me. Very kind ladies, it was between that or the brown satchel one today. Looking forward to future purchases. So far, been a very kind exchange and experience, happy to have them more locally than SCP and LA. ❤️ Older Gentleman with the glasses is kind of adorable and awkward, idk what is role is but I feel like I’m not welcomed because I did an exchange? 🤷‍♀️, The vibe was weird. Oh well. Everyone else is lovely tho ☺️😂

  This store is still pretty new, and the couple times I'd gone before were honestly hit or miss with service. Then I worked with Jason and it was a completely different experience. He took real time to help me put piece together a suit idea I had, tracked down items that weren't in the store, and kept me in the loop on my tailoring the whole way through so I was never left wondering. If you're shopping this location, ask for Jason!!

  In my opinion, RL is one of the most beautiful stores in Fashion Island, newPort beach. The boutique has a timeless, elegant design that perfectly reflects the brand’s classic american luxury. One of my fav parts is Ralph’s coffee, conveniently located inside the store. It creates perfect & refreshing break, before or after your shopping. Its one of the must visit spots at fashion island and always worth returning to. It doesnt matter you are here for coffee or shopping, this location offers unique experience that blends luxury retail with a cozy cafe. I love the fact that the employees arent pushy that even making the shopping experience more relaxed and enjoyable.

  Beautiful store, but unfortunately the salesperson was disrespectful and argumentative when I asked a simple question about suit fit. Disappointing experience.
