  This store is still pretty new, and the couple times I'd gone before were honestly hit or miss with service. Then I worked with Jason and it was a completely different experience. He took real time to help me put piece together a suit idea I had, tracked down items that weren't in the store, and kept me in the loop on my tailoring the whole way through so I was never left wondering. If you're shopping this location, ask for Jason!!

  In my opinion, RL is one of the most beautiful stores in Fashion Island, newPort beach. The boutique has a timeless, elegant design that perfectly reflects the brand’s classic american luxury. One of my fav parts is Ralph’s coffee, conveniently located inside the store. It creates perfect & refreshing break, before or after your shopping. Its one of the must visit spots at fashion island and always worth returning to. It doesnt matter you are here for coffee or shopping, this location offers unique experience that blends luxury retail with a cozy cafe. I love the fact that the employees arent pushy that even making the shopping experience more relaxed and enjoyable.

  Beautiful store, but unfortunately the salesperson was disrespectful and argumentative when I asked a simple question about suit fit. Disappointing experience.

  Went in to buy a tuxedo for my husband. Had to wait 30 minutes for the “suit salesman” to finish his lunch break. We asked about tuxedo shirt options while we were waiting and the MANAGER of the store said “I don’t know what options we have. I just manage the store.” Once my husband finally tried the suit on the salesperson literally rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to roll up the pant legs so I could see what it would look like once it was tailored. He kept telling me I didn’t understand what a tailored suit would look like when I commented to my husband that a different suit would fit his shape better as though I had never had a suit altered before. He was on his phone half the time too. I agree with all the other reviews saying the store is great but the service is horrible.
