    Went in to buy a tuxedo for my husband. Had to wait 30 minutes for the “suit salesman” to finish his lunch break. We asked about tuxedo shirt options while we were waiting and the MANAGER of the store said “I don’t know what options we have. I just manage the store.” Once my husband finally tried the suit on the salesperson literally rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to roll up the pant legs so I could see what it would look like once it was tailored. He kept telling me I didn’t understand what a tailored suit would look like when I commented to my husband that a different suit would fit his shape better as though I had never had a suit altered before. He was on his phone half the time too. I agree with all the other reviews saying the store is great but the service is horrible.

    Staff are somewhat attentive however: -for the few times I have been there in-person, it has been the same when it comes to talking to a sales representative. I start talking to someone and then I get pass onto another person. I don’t understand the reasoning behind this and it’s very uncomfortable for the costumer having to talk to different people -then, when you call to ask for item availability, the sale representative asks you to text them while you already are speaking with them over the phone. It’s costumer’s choice not the sales representative’s!!!! I am disappointed of the service for a brand like Ralph Lauren!

    Love Ralph Lauren as a brand. I’ve been to this store twice and wearing Ralph Lauren clothes and get completely ignored. They clearly don’t think I have money to spend???

    I went to exchange for different sizes and the sales person at Fashion Island location was so disrespectful. She did not even look for online options and told me just to return it. I really liked the one that I bought so wanted to exchange it but now I do not want to purchase anything there. She is so unprofessional and rude. So disappointed!
