  I am extremely uncomfortable and upset with the way I was treated by a store associate during my visit. It was my birthday, and I was simply trying to have a good time, enjoy myself, and shop without any issues. Instead, the associate repeatedly walked back and forth around me, kept looking at me through the clothing racks, and appeared to be intentionally monitoring my every move. At one point, she sat in a corner on her phone while continuing to watch me, and she repeatedly gave me looks that felt judgmental and hostile. Her behavior was excessive, intimidating, and made me feel as though I was being followed and watched because of my race. I felt singled out, disrespected, and racially profiled on what was supposed to be a day I was celebrating and enjoying. This experience completely ruined what should have been a positive birthday experience, and I believe management needs to take this complaint seriously and address the associate’s behavior.
