  This was my first time shopping at aerie. They didn't have my size in stock so I was going to go to a different location, but Vivian was so helpful! She got me started on a rewards account which gave me a 15% off coupon. She also helped me place an online order so I could use the coupon on my whole purchase, all while checking if they had the items in stock in store so I could take them home that day. She checked in frequently all while maintaining the store displays and inventory. Truly a wonderful employee they are lucky to have her!

  Had a great shopping experience at Aerie and OFFLINE. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to shop. The staff was friendly without being pushy, and they were happy to help with sizing and recommendations. There was a great selection, and the quality of the clothing was excellent. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.
