  I liked this mall so much, so sad to see so many shops closed. It was perfect from Hayward to San Jose, a nice middle stop. June 2026, stopped by and about five stores left. Claire’s, Hot Topic, Shoe Pavilion. Two mom and pop stores with clearance, store closing. It doesn’t have to be this way! It’s connected to an AMC and Costco is right next door and 24 Hour Fitness. What they should do: create a senior housing facility where Macys or JC Pennys was. Seniors have a controlled environment to walk around rain or shine. And they can hang out at the food court (empty now) and be regular paying customers. They can walk to senior movie night at AMC and even 24 Hour can subscribe more members! Also the mall should create an entrance from 24 Hour inside the mall for more foot traffic. So even though it’s in the same complex, it takes while to walk from 24 to the mall which has a separate entrance so people get lazy. They use to have a John’s play place but with Covid, it was shut. But they have a play type place that was packed and the only successful business in the mall. I used to go here for H&M and Macys because it wasn’t crowded but both those are gone as well :(

  OMG! Nothing to write home about. It's dead, dead, dead. Saving grace are the restaurants that are there.
