The customer service was extremely poor, which was even more surprising since the employee I interacted with appeared to be the store manager. When I asked for a fitting room, she rudely told me to wait without any explanation or courtesy. Once I got into the fitting room, I noticed multiple tags on the floor and brought it to her attention because I didn’t want any misunderstanding or to be wrongly accused of shoplifting. She dismissed me with a very rude “okay” and showed no concern. No one offered assistance during my visit, and the overall experience felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Windsor used to have great customer service, so this was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider shopping here again. Note: I visited today 3/19/26 around 10:30AM Plaza Bonita (if corporate would like to review who was working that day).
