- MVMichelle Vest1 day ago1.0I went to return a pair of glasses that I ordered in store. I was told the system was down. When I indicated that I might be interested in exchanging, the system magically worked for exchanges only. She mentioned that people call before returning and explain what they are returning. That is not a customer friendly service. When ordered the glasses in store l, they mentioned how easy returns are. Apparently they are not.

- MGMaureen GrayMay 23, 20261.0Plaza Bonita Mall Sunglass hut—Very unwelcoming. This saleslady with her glasses on perhaps on her late 40s or 50s, she just wasn’t so warm. I was in my shorts and with my kids and wanted to get something for myself. Of course i was not dressed up “fancy” enough, i feel the way she looked at me nonchalantly with kids made me feel so demeaned. While i can afford the eyewear, i wouldn’t spend nor buy anything if it was her. No warmth at all, not even a smile. NOT EVEN ONCE. To think her job deals with people. Argh. So annoying.
