I couldn't used my gift card because the clerk(assoc.#0729) said that there's nothing on the card. I told her, I had 17.83 lefted, I showed her the receipt on what I used & what is lefted. I seen her grabbing a new card & scaning it & may some call. It looked strange so what she did with the card she was activated? š¤ put it in her pocket! š³š²š§I told her here is proof of what I used it here, & bought the shampoo products here. Well I didn't wanted to continue to argue with her, & her nails were so long how would she work behind the counter desk ringing up prices on merchandise with those long fake nails. So I paid cash on the item's. Special on today's price not really it was expensive. So much for shopping on deals.

The staff is friendly, the store is organized, and it feels like one of those classic stores that never lets you down. Walking into JCPenney feels like finding hidden treasures without emptying your wallet. Itās the perfect mix of quality, style, and value. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop!

So when your with your kids on the top floor you pass by the unopen fitting room then take the escalator down to the bottom. Then God forbid they don't fit. We're all exhausted and don't want to go back upstairs to get another size and then go back to the fitting room to try it on. Such a drag b/c jcPenny is my spot
