  This is not recent, but still very important. This happened some time ago. I went to buy some bras. I picked up a few to try on bc I didnt know my new size. I headed to the fitting room. No employee was at the women's fitting room managing who is accessing the fitting room. I entered to try the bras on. As I'm trying on the bras, I notice on the mirror somebody holding a phone under the fitting room door. I tried putting clothes as fast as possible but the man who was recording me ran fast. They need to have a woman employee managing access to the fitting room - and security needs to be more aware about what men are entering the fitting rooms. I literally have never gone back to that store to buy bras.

  Bought discounted jewelry but the discount is only valid in the jewelry section. Problem is that you have the two slowest people working. Took half an hour for ONE customer.

  6/19/2026@11:57am. Gone shopping at this jcpenny & I had a birthday gift card 💳 as I grab some items. I couldn't used my gift card because the clerk(assoc.#0729) said that there's nothing on the card. I told her, I had 17.83 lefted, I showed her the receipt on what I used & what is lefted. I seen her grabbing a new card & scaning it & may some call. It looked strange so what she did with the card she was activated? 🤔 put it in her pocket! 😳😲🧐I told her here is proof of what I used it here, & bought the shampoo products here. Well I didn't wanted to continue to argue with her, & her nails were so long how would she work behind the counter desk ringing up prices on merchandise with those long fake nails. So I paid cash on the item's. Special on today's price not really it was expensive. So much for shopping on deals.
