I spend nearly a $1,000 for a trip, encouraged to buy by the salesperson and return what I don't need, and when I return part of the purchase, after the 30 days they refuse to even give me a store credit. They said they can't, but I know they can. Then they give me a phone number of Polo Customer Service and the person says they can't help me because I bought it at an Outlet store but the manager there can help. Well they could but they didn't. Shame on you for this kind of service for a premium brand.

The sale selections were great, and Jasmine, Leila, and Maria made the experience even better. They were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, checking in to see if I needed anything and pointing me in the right direction. I really felt valued as a customer. Definitely coming back next month!
