    I had an appointment this afternoon at 1:15 PM, where I encountered a female employee and a male photographer. After waiting for about 15 minutes, we were informed that we would be called in approximately 20 to 30 minutes. However, after receiving a message to proceed, we found that the female employee had left, and we ended up waiting for over 45 minutes with only one photographer available, who struggled to manage multiple tasks. As he began taking a few photographs, he was interrupted by new customers, further delaying our session. Frustrated by the lack of service, we decided to leave. It is concerning that management is aware of staffing shortages yet fails to communicate this to customers, leaving us uninformed about the extended wait times. Despite reaching out to the district manager twice, I have not received a response, which reflects a troubling lack of interest in customer service. Although I purchased two outfits during our wait, I will no longer shop at JCPenney and cannot recommend this location in Moreno Valley due to the unprofessionalism displayed by the photography studio management. It is essential for the employees to voice their concerns about these issues to ensure they are addressed. This location doesn't even deserve a one star. Need i say more.

    I had such a great experience at JCPenney thanks to Luna in customer service! She is incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely cares about helping customers. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit, and I couldn’t be happier with what I ended up choosing. Luna has an amazing eye for style and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only helpful but also so kind and attentive. She truly made my shopping experience memorable. If you visit JCPenney, I highly recommend asking for Luna, you won’t be disappointed! THANK YOU LUNA!!!! LUNA NEEDS EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH PARKING SPOT!
