I love Edible Arrangements but this store gets ZERO stars. I placed an order on 4/30 for a special friend in advance. I called on Friday to confirm delivery of 5/9. I was told they were very busy but it would be going out. I really needed the delivery because I had a friend go through a traumatic event. I told her to expect a treat. She got NOTHING. I called all weekend and this morning and of course no answer. I am so disappointment I did not read these reviews before I made the order. She lives in Redlands so my order was sent to this awful store. I should have known when what sounded like a rude teenager answered on Friday. I don't need the delivery anymore since she is not in the area so I am filing a dispute with paypal. I could not reach anyone at the corporate office either. This franchise needs to close down. I don't care how busy you are you make ALL the deliveries before 9pm. What were they thinking. SMH.

Placed an order for mothers day and was never delivered. When I called to get a refund they wanted to charge a cancellation fee. After countless calls looking for manager they "processed" my refund that I never received. Had to process a claim thru my bank, a true headache.
