They don't answer calls in any department, there is hardly any staff on floor to help customers, and employees are just subbpar with lack of knowledge of products. Those who say its not packed, there's a reason why no one goes there and the ceiling is molding.

Thereās a sign at the counter downstairs that says returns are only done upstairs but you donāt get to see that sign until you get to the register. I waited 15 minutes just to be told to go upstairs. Then upstairs it was worse. Thereās only one register for returns and a family was returning a lot of items. I went to walk around to look for some items, I came back and they were still helping that family. No other employees came to help despite seeing the line. It was ridiculous!!
