    Only two employees on mid Saturday afternoon. Lots of upselling, not enough service. Sorry I got my shoe size wrong on the 1st go. Got tired of waiting to ask for a different size. BTW, your sizes are all over the place. Asked for the same size as the Vans I was wearing, couldn't get helped for my mistake in what I considered a reasonable time.

    They had the shoe I was looking for and the staff was very helpful. But they didn’t fit right after a while.

    I ordered a pair of Vans 8 days ago and still have to wait another 3 days to receive them. The shipping time are getting worse and worse. I , like a fool keep ordering and getting delayed as if customers do not matter.
