  They have a policy that is pretty scamming. I tried returning a dress today with the tag and receipt and the old rude lady would not give me a refund because the tag was not attached to the dress even though the dress was obviously unworn and still brand new. Mind you she lets me do an exchange, and she attaches the tag back on the dress herself and puts it back on the floor. So I can’t get my money back because the tag wasn’t attached but you can just attach it yourself and put it back on the floor for full price? So basically the policy is just in place so they can take the extra step to keep your money.

  Im so annoyed all the time I come to this store the manager with a chubby looking is always in a bad mood always staring at my kids always telling them don't do this in a mood I spoke to her several times already and all the time i go its the same thing. I don't mind if my kids are doing something like grabbing jewelry or something for her to tell me but there is always nice ways to tell a person.

  I went to this store today to buy gold shoes that I saw online in stock at store. I walked in, in such a good mood happy to purchase until I came across this associate name Ericia. She didn't even acknowledge me as a customer walking In. I asked her if she has the shoe in 7.5 she said yes and I walked away. When the time came to pay, for some reason the machine wasn't taking my card. The cashier was nice I forgot her name. Anyways cashier called Ericia and she came by not smiling, nothing. I said my card isn't going through, do you not take visa? With attitude she said yes we do call your bank, its your card, rolling her eyes. At that time I already got frustrated because there was so much money in both of my cards and her personality was just awful. The cashier asked her question and told her, I saw the machine gave the option of credit button but yet didn't take her card, that is so weird machine is doing that, and she just walked off and another long hair associate came and assisted. I called the bank they said it's not my card and there is no error on their end, cardis functional. Anyways, finally cashier figured it out and there was no reason for me to waste 30 min to speak to chase. The stores run based on customers bringing money and customer service should be the priority here. I always leave honest reviews as a local guide and I had to public this for managers to see to make sure to train their associates properly or they wont last in the business industry. You're not paying my bills, but the customers shopping here pays yours. I hope she fixes her self and attitude problems

  really good selection but never open second time coming from turlock to a store with mail piled up inside like its abandoned dont waste your time shop online
