- TSTea ssertAug 6, 20265.0My Meta glasses stopped working, but thankfully I had the warranty through Sunglass Hut. I was pretty disappointed at first, especially since I have prescription lenses and was worried about how they would be transferred to the new glasses. The staff made the whole experience incredibly easy. The Latina lady and Jose were exceptional—friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They transferred my prescription lenses into my replacement glasses right away, and everything went smoothly. This is outstanding customer service, and I highly recommend this Sunglass Hut location. They truly went above and beyond. 💯
