  I went in last weekend to sell two bags of clothes. They told me it would take about two hours and 45 minutes to go through everything. But after just an hour, I got a text saying my clothes were ready for pickup — that's when I knew they hadn't actually gone through them. When I got there to pick up my stuff, they said they only took two items and handed me five dollars. Once I got home, I checked through my clothes and confirmed it: they really hadn't looked through most of it. The only pile they'd gone through was the tops, since a few of those weren't folded — everything else I'd folded neatly, and it was untouched. So if you have anything fancy or dressy, don't bother bringing it here — they won't buy it. They seem to only want very casual clothing, for whatever reason. The store also looks fully stocked and kind of messy, so maybe they just don't have the budget to take on more inventory right now. Here are some items that they didn’t take. I guess too fancy for them.

  Don’t come here waste of time you’re better off selling in a yard sale!! The kids they have working there don’t even look at what you’re taking they don’t know brands or anything.

  Everytime I come in here, the staff is rude and always and I mean they always have an attitude. They need to replace every staff in that store. You don’t feel welcomed in there at all. Last time I went in there I wanted to try on some clothes in the fitting room and I kid you not one of the girls said with a nasty attitude I guess and started making faces towards her other coworkers like it was a bother for a customer to try on clothes. Nope I walked out.

  Didn’t allow me to return a shirt without the receipt I threw away even thought the tag is still on it. Purchased yesterday, came in this morning to return. Thanks a lot

  Got this text message for rewards but when I got to the store there was no reward. When selling clothes half the time they don't even look through all the clothes and they don't give you half of what they sell it for, I have lots to omplain about
