Happened to go in looking for a skirt and found a couple that were super cute, and great pricing! I wandered around a little more and came across a black bootie on display, the perfect shoe that I had also been searching for all day. I asked the sales associate Mia if there were any in other sizes. Turns out the shoe on display was a size 9 and it was the last pair in that size. Only issue was, the second shoe was missing. Mia searched all over the back and front and was able to find the other shoe to complete the perfect pair I had been looking for! She was extremely kind, professional and went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. This was my first time ever shopping at Windsor and I will definitely be back because of what a great experience I had. Thank you Mia!!!
