  I came here to shop for gifts on Monday and it was SO chaotic. Fortunately, Noa and Kendall were able to help me find some shoes and other items for my family members this holiday season. It was my first time shopping at this location and I will definitely be back! Thank you Noa, Kendall, and other store sales associates from that day. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Update July 3, 2026: My shopping experience again was a wonderful one. Noa, as before, provided excellent service! I have been wearing Vans since the 80's. I absolutely love their casual clothing. The sales are fantastic here. With Noa and Kelsey I felt like royalty here! Other retail establishments can learn the art of customer service by these two leaders! Thank you again Noa and Kelsey! My shopping experience at Vans Mission Viejo has got to be one of the best! I walked in just to browse knowing that Vans has excellent quality and products. I needed to see what was new! I was assisted by Autumn, Bekah, Noa, and Timothy but primarily Autumn. What a sweetheart! In fact, everyone listed made me feel welcomed and appreciated my business. The selection of Mary Jane shoes and accessories are impressive and I still get to have the “Vans” vibe that I love. I love their accessories and picked up a canvas tote as well. Fantastic store experience all around!
