  My husband loves this brand and was very happy to find a shop nearby. Kim waited on my husband and was very personable, polite and helpful in assisting him with his purchases. He plans to return to this store when new Spring and Summer shirts arrive.

  Terrible experience with UNTUCKit. The Mission Viejo store told me they couldn’t process my return and directed me to online customer service. Online support then told me the opposite and pushed me back to the store. I went in circles with both sides giving conflicting information and no one taking responsibility or providing the return label I clearly requested. Completely unhelpful and a huge waste of time. Would not recommend.

  I highly recommend the Mission Viejo UNTUCKit Store. The clothing is great, but most importantly is their service. Each time we have been in the store Kyle has been extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. He is one of the most customer oriented retail person I have ever met. His professionalism, patience, friendliness, and knowledge of his merchandise make shopping there a pleasure. THANK YOU KYLE!

  Amazing Men’s Store With Top Notch Service! My husband and I recently visited UNTUCKIt and were both impressed with the quality and service. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my husband’s preferences and find him the perfect outfits without being pushy. The attention to detail and personalized recommendations made the shopping experience enjoyable and efficient. Karen & Howard Myers
