- KHKrista HyattNov 10, 20231.0I’m extremely disappointed with the sales associate at this store when I came in today at 5pm to return a pair a of heels that were UNWORN to tell me that they have been worn when I didn’t wear them. They were clean, no scrapes and the price tag was on there and no damage. I keep explaining to them that there is small very minimal marks (which was like that before I bought them) because people ask for their size to TRY IT ON. Anytime anyone buys a pair of shoes at a store people try them on and walk around in them to test out. It’s never 100% perfect when purchasing a pair of shoes. She was also very rude and clearly doesn’t understand. Avoid this store.

I went with my three kids and my daughter tried on some boots, loved them and I whispered Christmas to the lady helping us. I came back two hours later and they remembered me and what boots and size I needed! I will definitely be coming back to shop in store.
