- JMJessica MillerAug 3, 20265.0Super helpful staff and a clean, welcoming store. Great shopping experience from start to finish.
- ETE. T.Jun 25, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. My daughter bought me a top and running pants as a birthday gift two days ago. The items were unworn, and I had the original receipt, but the store refused a return, exchange, or store credit because the tags were not attached.
- RTReza TJun 25, 20261.0They refused to exchange or give me store credit with a receipt of purchase three days ago and never worn only because tags weren’t attached to them. I will never shop a with them again. Very poor customer service.
- CCCarrieApr 25, 20241.0My husband and I have gone to this store a few times and usually we get good service. However today I sent him to return a few items he purchased for me online and the girls working were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They pretty much profiled him and implied the purchases were stolen. I personally would rather never buy any Lululemon again because tbh I never thought their clothing was anything special but since my husband likes some of their items we'll just settle for never coming back to this specific location.
