I waited far longer than any reasonable customer should and ultimately had to leave without purchasing glasses. What is the point of running a business that stays closed during normal hours? This is blatant mismanagement, complete disregard for customers, and an embarrassment of a business operation. If the owner can afford to pay employees who don’t work, that explains why customers are treated as irrelevant. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting business practices.
