  This store was extremely disappointing, primarily due to poor staffing and lack of communication. The website showed a Gucci item as available at this location with a 3-hour pickup option. I called the store and spoke with a staff member named Jaye, who confirmed that the item was available. After placing the order, I called again and Jaye reconfirmed that the order would be ready for pickup around 4 PM. However, when I arrived at 4 PM, another staff member told me that Jaye had not done anything with the order, that it had not reached the store, and that the item might have to be shipped instead. This was a complete waste of my time and extremely frustrating, especially since I had confirmed availability twice with the store. The staff clearly need better communication, accountability, and supervision. I have decided to cancel the order. I have no reason to deal with this location or its staff again.

  In customer service it's terrible , they're just talking to each other , they also have an arrogant attitude, We went to Santa Row store and they were very kind !
