- KVKhuong Map VlogOct 8, 20261.0Report of Discriminatory and Abusive Behavior by Store Manager I am writing to report a serious issue involving your women store manager on October 8, 2026 at around 7:00 PM. Her behavior toward me as a customer was unacceptable, unprofessional, and appeared discriminatory. She insisted that I could only purchase 10 items total, even though all the clothes I selected were different items for my family and my children. There was no sign posted about any purchase limit, and she did not mention any limit until I reached the cash register. What made the situation worse is that she allowed other customers to purchase more than 15 items at the same time, while trying to convince me that the store had a strict limit. This inconsistent enforcement felt targeted and unfair. Her attitude was hostile, dismissive, and made me feel singled out. I do not understand how someone who treats customers this way can represent your business. I request that the store review the camera footage from October 8, 2026 at 7:00 PM to verify this incident. This experience left me with no words — it was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Adam one of store manager listen to that lady in microphone and make that ridiculous decision 10 items which include my kids , my wife and myself . what a is going with you brand ????
- BABeatriz AlmeidaOct 5, 20263.0The sales are few and far between. You may get $20 off an item here or there but not much
- AAAryanOct 5, 20265.0The TJ guy subscribed me to some email and I keep getting amazing discount codes. Grateful to him!!
- DLDonna R LewisSep 7, 20263.0Same prices as regular dept stores but 20% discount...
- DSDaniel SeoAug 10, 20262.0According to my wife, TJ is great; very helpful and professional. The girl he was managing today, however, was not. She was denying coupons that were valid and spoke impatiently and unprofessionally. Not the right attitude for retail or customer service. She doesn't belong in a customer-facing role.
