  I entered this store with my boyfriend to look around and shop. I picked up two bags and a wallet, and then we went to look at watches because my boyfriend found one he liked and I was actually planning to buy it for him. While we were walking toward the register, I noticed several employees suddenly communicating through their headsets and staring at us in a very uncomfortable way, as if they assumed we were going to steal something. The whole situation made us feel judged and unfairly targeted. My boyfriend is brown-skinned, and honestly the experience felt discriminatory and very uncomfortable for us as customers who were genuinely there to purchase items. I understand stores need security, but there is a difference between doing your job and making people feel unwelcome based on their appearance. Very disappointing experience.

  The young tall/thin Asian lady I’m not even sure what her role is but she did not greet anyone or help anyone at storefront. At checkout the lady was going to ring me the STOCK purse that was visibly dirty. I had to ask her to get me a new back that was in its packaging. She then assigned the thin Asian lady to bring my bag 💼 AND she didn’t even confirm the design or serial number of the bag! I almost walked out with a whole different bag that I didn’t choose!! I politely asked for the bag that I chose. The lady ringing me up asked the Asian lady again to grab my bag and completely ignored her request and she had to go back and grab it for me. I felt complete entitlement and snotty towards the whole experience. Like girl, you work at MK not for the president chill. Fr.

  Android, Chrome, attempt to check out with PayPal, basically keeps looping through the same checkout steps/pages without actually checking out. Test all your paths, people.

  Last weekend, I visited this Michael Kors outlet store excited to check out the new spring purse colors and was specifically looking for a blue bag. Although part of the store was closed off, the staff was very attentive and helped retrieve the purse I wanted to see. While browsing the jewelry, I noticed a gold necklace I had previously purchased and asked about a silver version. Patty (hope I’m spelling her name correctly) went above and beyond—she found the last silver necklace available and even made sure it was packaged in a jewelry pouch at checkout. I was really impressed with her service and wanted to give her a shoutout. I’ll definitely be back!
