  The customer service of the store employees as well as their customers service help line is CRAPPY and SHITTY. I have had bad services but this has definitely topped it all. Placed an online order for in-store pickup, the website mentioned max of about 3 hrs for the order to be ready, but instead it took past 5hrs. When finally i thought it’s good to be picked, i figured the authorized pickup person (for whom the order was a gift) can’t pick up the order even if the account is on their name, just because the payment card was mine. Like of course, who the heck would add the gift recipients card details if it’s a gift. I wonder if they literally understand the meaning of “GIFT”. And to be clear, i did call the Milpitas store location to confirm the information, and each time i did they gave me a new and different information. And upon being informed by one of the associates I happened to create a different account on the name of the recipients name (for whom the gift was) so they could pick it up for their birthday. But then the other person denies for the reasoning mentioned above. Their customer service call center people are additionally terrible people to seek help from. All they have to consistently repeat is, “our company has strict policies and regulations.” It would have been really great if for once you all understood those policies and had been on the freaking same page.

  Terrible service. Ordered a product for in store pick up and the manager refused to accept my digital passport as ID proof. Wasted over 70$ in a cab ride. The manager should be disciplined and coached on how to run a store and treat customers.

  They cordoned off an entire area, about 3/4th of the store to take some pictures for social media. When I asked politely if I could go and see a couple items, the ladies rudely said "NO, you can see we have this area not open to entry". The store was open but you decided to just condone of an area randomly?! I am going to take my business elsewhere.

  I didn't do much here but i appreciate the asian lady in the men section in black stiletto, black dress with the hand bag and blazer, She has nice style but unfortunately I didn't I get to interact with her cause she was busy but otherwise not bad for the layout and sections for both genders.

  I’m honestly very disappointed with the experience at Michael Kors. I purchased six bags in one visit, yet they only gave me one shopping bag. I even offered to pay for additional paper bags, but they refused to sell me any. Instead, I was told that I had to come back the next day to get another bag. I’ve never experienced anything so unreasonable when spending this much money at a store. If a customer is purchasing six bags, it makes absolutely no sense to refuse to provide or even sell additional shopping bags. Being told to make another trip to the store just to get a paper bag was incredibly frustrating and left a very bad impression. I really hope Michael Kors reconsiders this policy. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel inconvenienced and unappreciated after spending a significant amount of money.
