Before we could even step foot into the store, she made it remarkably difficult for us to enter, acting as an unwelcoming gatekeeper rather than a helpful sales associate. Her communication was hostile, rude, and completely devoid of basic customer service standards. Instead of making us feel greeted or valued, her choice of words was dismissive and disrespectful. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for any retail environment, let alone a brand like Michael Kors. Emily's conduct ruined our visit and reflected terribly on the store's standards. I expect management to address this behavior immediately.
