  Very disappointed with the customer service at Michael Kors. I was purchasing three men’s wallets as separate gifts for my loved ones, so I politely asked for three separate bags and was even willing to pay extra for the additional bags. However, the staff told me they could only give me one bag, even though I was buying three wallets. When I explained that I needed separate bags because they were gifts, the response was extremely rude and dismissive. I was told, “It’s okay, don’t buy them.” I was honestly shocked by this attitude. If a customer is willing to pay for the bags, I don’t understand why the store would refuse such a simple request and then tell the customer not to buy the products. For a luxury brand like Michael Kors, I expected much better customer service and professionalism. Losing a sale of three wallets over a few cents for additional bags makes absolutely no sense to me. The way the staff handled the situation made me feel unvalued as a customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains staff to treat customers with more respect and professionalism. The products may be nice, but customer service matters just as much.

  I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at the store today due to an employee named Emily. Before we could even step foot into the store, she made it remarkably difficult for us to enter, acting as an unwelcoming gatekeeper rather than a helpful sales associate. Her communication was hostile, rude, and completely devoid of basic customer service standards. Instead of making us feel greeted or valued, her choice of words was dismissive and disrespectful. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for any retail environment, let alone a brand like Michael Kors. Emily's conduct ruined our visit and reflected terribly on the store's standards. I expect management to address this behavior immediately.
