  The staff is not very accommodating. And borderline rude. Had a very bad experience towards the closing time. Normally fitting room closes at 6:30 on Sunday. I was there at 6:29 but they already closed and I requested to let me try just 1 piece if garment but the young kid working there was very rude about it. Definitely would not want to come back to this store.

  Today, May 11, 2026, around 12:00 PM, I had a disappointing experience at Calvin Klein. The customer service was very poor, especially from one lady employee who had a rude and nasty attitude. Instead of being respectful and helpful, her behavior made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Customer service should be professional and welcoming, but unfortunately that was not my experience today.
