  I had such a wonderful experience thanks to the store manager Tiffany! She is beyond helpful and truly amazing at what she does. From the moment I walked in, she was so attentive, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything I needed. I had to do an exchange because I originally chose the wrong size (my mistake), but Tiffany made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She even took the time to properly fit me for the right bra size, and I left feeling so much more confident and comfortable with my purchase. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way she does. Tiffany absolutely deserves a raise for the incredible service she provides! Thank you, Tiffany, for being so amazing!

  One of the few shops that actually makes curvy ladies look good. they don't make skinny clothes try to fit a curvy person they make clothes that fit a healthy sized person first. Good clothes, however like everybody else variety seems to be down. That could just be the times right now.

  Usually very good store. Sales person wasn't helping me enough. Left store after 20 minutes. Only tried on 3 items in that time. Very unsatified. Will be back and get another sales person.

  Marshell has no customer service skills and it seems to as if she needs to get a job where she doesn't have to work with people...she seen me walking in circles looking for something and she stood there and watched me ,until I went and asked her she was very dry, rude and acted as if I was bothering her she pointed to what I was looking for and said that's all they had with out even going in the back to be sure...and while checking out ,I had my elderly mother with me that is partially blind and thought Some undies were 3$ and Marshell said Oh NO THEY'RE NOT NO 3$WITH A ATTITUDE and HER UGLY AS IF SHE WAS BOTHERED) FACIAL EXPRESSION... Making my mom feel dumb .Worst experience ever and I've been shopping at Lane Bryant for years at different locations and Never had to deal with someone like her she's LAZY AND RUDE AND MUST HATE HER JOB.
