  Took my mom and a family friend on a field trip to the store. I was disappointed that the trout pool wasn't open. But we were able to stay amused for a couple of hours.

  I work right down the road from bass pro i frequently fish the pond or just walk through the store on my lunch breaks. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly a great place for all your outdoor needs

  Store personnel needs to learn the definition of a straw purchase and not accuse someone of doing a straw purchase or say you are purchasing them "illegally" for someone else especially when both parties presented their FSC certificate, apparently we can't purchase a firearm as gift because it's "illegal"... once I purchase the firearm if I commit a felony it's on me not your staff to decide if I'm going to commit a felony or not . If he wanted to refuse service I understand but don't falsely accuse me of doing something illegal. You might want to apply at FBI or become a sheriff I think you got the wrong career.

  I love this store. It is definitely a destination level shopping experience. I suppose it helps if you love the outdoors, whether hunting, fishing, boating, camping or archery, but I don't think these are actual requirements to enjoy your trip. Walk through the Giant Redwood tree, sit by the massive fireplace, check out the giant fish pond or any of the stuffed wildlife realistically displayed throughout the store. This massive retail outlet has everything you could imagine and more. Complete clothing selection for any activity and a selection of tasty treats, too. Bring the whole family. It is America at it's best. It's impossible to not be amazed! Highly recommended.

  I love visiting any Bass Pro, but I was a little dissatisfied with recent customer service. I could not find my debit card and visited this location. Asked if they found it as that was 1 of 2 places I visited that day and it wasn’t at location 1. I called and no manager was available to check the locked area where items like this are stored. Waited 7 days after leaving my info and received no call back. Tried to call today to see if a manager could look and no answer. Tried all extensions and no one would answer the phone. I physically drove back on another trip (it is normally out of my way and 30 minutes from my home), but the staff was very helpful. The woman working as a greeter got me in contact with a manager and guess what? The debit card was there, sitting and waiting for a willing manager to check and notify me. Annoyed I had to physically come it and that they couldn’t just pick up a phone to let me know. That said, I also find the fishing area employees rather unkind. The store boasts being able to ask questions of their experts, but their experts are not kind in answering questions. They don’t have time for novices and that’s very frustrating when trying to learn.
