- BTberklyn topuzoglu1 day ago1.0Walked into the store. Store employee with the mad puppy eyes and septum piercing just looks at us with a nasty glare. Says nothing the entire time we were there. Then the employee starts following us around the store as if we’re going to steal?? Obviously we decide we don’t want to spend our money here so we say “thank you goodbye” to him and he just death stares us out. This is how they treat/greet people is insane to me. Super odd and uncomfortable interaction. I wish I could give this place a 0 star.

I also don’t like that I couldn’t use my birthday gift in addition to the in store promo, I should be able to use both. I always feel like I get taken to the cleaners there and not very customer friendly policies.

I triple checked and never cleaned them myself - they sat in the box because they weren’t comfortable after wearing for an hour. Never buying again from these guys. You lost a good customer. I tried these as a replacement to my rb4264 which they never have in stock.
