  Horrible customer service experience. If I could rate 0 stars for this store I would! As I was shopping there was no acknowledgment no greeting and I was ignored. I wanted to try on clothes and asked for a fitting room at 7:30 pm the rep stated the fitting rooms were closed. I left my clothes and walked out to checked online what time they closed, they closed at 8 pm. They close their fitting rooms 30 mins before closing? Never coming back

  I was disappointed on the whole experience. I took my niece and when we walked in we were ignored I had to say hello first and when I asked for items they didn’t want to bother to help me look. My niece asked for the price of some items she liked and the girl didn’t help I had to go ask her again and she was giving attitude. The whole time it felt like the workers didn’t want to be there and weren’t helpful nor polite. Bad customer service l!

  Super sweet and friendly staff. I asked for an item on one of the manequins that was nowhere on the store and they pulled it out of the back for me and even offered the item in other colors too. They know their store. Amazing discounts too.

  A sales staff left the security tag thing on one of my purchases. I had to drive back there to get it off. The girl at the cashier didn’t even greet or say hi and foremost no apology on that. It was the same girl checked out on my stuff before. While I was leaving the store, the staffs were laughing, I am like no wonder no one shops here. Completely ruined my experience on the brand and everything. Too many better options out there to shop anyways. Bye, aerie
