  I ordered a sympathy arrangement from Flowers by Coley San Jose and honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. The flowers looked elegant, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged. They made a difficult day feel a little brighter. The staff was compassionate and very helpful throughout the process.

  You don’t just get flowers here you get a complete experience. Friendly staff, beautiful designs, and great service.I would happily recommend this place to anyone.

  FAILURE #1 Ordered a tasteful white sympathy bouquet shown in the Coley online catalog for a friend's celebration of life memorial. The bill & confirmation email showed a spelling error on the card for the bouquet. I sent emails and left 2 phone messages pointing it out but the mistake was NEVER corrected - "Palls" instead of "Pals." FAILURE #2: A garrish arrangement of red&pink roses and purple orchids in a bed of shamrocks was delivered. (see att'd photo) NEXT STEPS: Documented complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau and cc'd to Coley corporate.
