Shopping online for flowers is very difficult when you are sending them from out of state. Coley is an EXCEPTIONAL find. They delivered the most beautiful arrangement and the size and value was incredible! I will use them again whenever I am sending flowers in the Santa Clara County/Los Gatos area.

The online flower delivery procedure was extremely simple. I got flowers delivered for Mother’s Day, and I received loads of compliments on the beautiful flowers from my mom.

I wasn’t certain what flowers I wanted, but they talked to me about the occasion, who the flowers were for, and how much I was willing to spend. They helped me so much, and they did such a good job with the arrangement.

It was half an hour until my best friend's viewing and the flowers had still not arrived. Delivery was scheduled for 12. Service at 1-2. After calling they explained instead of cancelling the additional flowers I wanted to add, they cancelled the entire order. I was told they could bring an arrangement by 3! Very disappointing. I chose this place over ones closer as I've had such positive experiences before. I ended up calling another shop close to the funeral home and they made, and delivered within 20 minutes.

My favorite thing about Flowers by Coley is that they don’t limit themselves to bouquet arrangements. They offer plants, European dish gardens, fruit baskets, gift baskets, and even greeting cards to choose from. It is particularly helpful when you need to send something that will last longer than cut flowers or add some extra element to your gift.
