  Very disappointed. I spent $183 for what should have been the deluxe arrangement for this incredibly small and definitely not “deluxe” flower arrangement.

  I was very disappointed with my order. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers she received, and they do not appear to be fresh. In addition, I specifically ordered a plush toy, but it was substituted with macarons without my approval. This substitution was completely unacceptable, especially because my friend cannot eat sweets. I paid a significant amount of money for this order, expecting high-quality products and service. Instead, the recipient received wilted-looking flowers and an unauthorized replacement item. It was embarrassing, and the gift did not reflect what I had intended to send. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service. I would appreciate an explanation for these issues and an appropriate resolution.
