  We arrived for the nee-doh sales and the process was easy: you get a ticket and wait in line. We were toward the very end of the line. Katie and her staff were very kind and constantly checking on those in line. It does take a while, but that’s to be expected for something like this!

  Its been such a long time since I’ve walked into a store and interacted with staff that are kind hearted, patient, and customer oriented. I came because my niece told me there would be a needoh drop here and I have to say the staff and store handled the chaos with such patience and grace I would have thought they were logistic pros. There was a member of the staff at the end of the line with a sign indicating such, multiple announcements on the pa system letting customers know where the new end of line was as it moved, staff handed tickets out to those in line to let customers know that a ticket secured them an item, and a register at the end of the store open just for customers who wanted to purchase something else. Even after an hour of chaos when I got in front to purchase I was greeted warmly and we even joked a bit. With all this effort you can tell that this store is a gem in its neighborhood and one of those places that treats not only their customers right but staff as well if they’re able to remain this composed. I’ve been through the whole gamut of hyped releases and can say that this has been one of my better experiences. Will make sure to come back again at a less chaotic time to support, keep up the good work!

  This place is great for getting cute party stuff for a not so high price! BUT, when it comes to getting Needohs, the story shifts. It’s impossible to get it if you actually have school and things to do. Today I went at maybe 3:15 and the drop was at 3. May I just say, they already ran out of some tickets. “Tickets?” You may ask. “I thought you went for Needohs?” Yes but you have to get some tickets to get them. And even though they had even more, they said they didn’t have anymore tickets. Now this is all mighty fine but the attitude on some of these people there is not very kind. I found it a not very pleasant experience today. My poor little pumpkin wont be able to get his Needoh
