She was incredibly kind, supportive, thoughtful, and genuinely consultative while showing us different bangles and bracelets. We never felt pressured at all - she really took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the entire experience feel personal and special. Although we ultimately decided to go a different direction , Grace’s service left such a lasting impression on us and would honestly be one of the main reasons we return to Tiffany in the future - and will definitely be asking for her Thank you, Grace, for all of your help and for making our experience such a memorable one!
