I had an extremely unpleasant experience at The Grove today. After enjoying my shopping, I went to pay for parking. I had my parking ticket validated, but when I tried to pay, I was charged the same amount as if I had received no validation at all. I pressed the call button and explained the situation to the parking attendant. Instead of checking what had gone wrong, the employee simply told me that the amount was correct and that I should just pay it. Excuse me, but that makes absolutely no sense. If customers are going to be charged the exact same amount whether or not they get validation, then you should not advertise that validation provides two hours of free parking. I didn’t want to go all the way back to the department store just to have the validation done again, so I paid the fee and left. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the way your employee handled the situation. The employee was dismissive, unhelpful, and made absolutely no effort to resolve what was clearly a problem with the validation. This is unacceptable customer service. Please train your employees properly and make sure they actually know how your parking validation system works. Do your job properly.

Been here once before, came to the grove a second time and didn't know they had an entire farmers market. It was so cool to see all the different foods and items sold there, I will definitely be back to try more food there.

The Grove ended up being one of my favorite places in Los Angeles. It’s modern, stylish, clean, and has a really relaxing atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can easily spend a few hours just walking around, shopping, and enjoying the vibe. The Apple Store here is huge, and there are plenty of great stores to explore. We also stopped by See’s Candies and had dinner at an Italian restaurant, which made the visit even more enjoyable. My favorite part, though, was the Original Farmers Market. I highly recommend checking it out. There are so many different food vendors, the prices are surprisingly reasonable, and everything we tried was delicious. Even if you’re not hungry, it’s a fun place to wander around because there’s so much to see. The reason we visited was actually because we found out BTS had been to the Original Farmers Market, so we decided to check it out ourselves. I’m really glad we did because it exceeded my expectations. The Grove and the Original Farmers Market make a perfect combination of shopping, great food, and a relaxing afternoon. If you’re visiting Los Angeles, this place is definitely worth adding to your itinerary. 10/10 — I’d absolutely come back again!
