The staff came across as rude and overly pushy from the start, which immediately made the environment uncomfortable. When I shared the price range I was looking to stay within, instead of being helpful, I was told to “go to Target,” which felt dismissive and completely unprofessional. What made that comment even more frustrating is that I know my price range was reasonable—I’ve spent within that same range at this exact store before, and I’m aware they carry brands that fit it. So it wasn’t a matter of unrealistic expectations, it was just poor service. The whole interaction made me feel so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving. I walked in fully intending to make a purchase, but the way I was treated completely changed that. I left immediately instead. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected or would want to repeat.

Ended up buying a pair of Ray Bans. Morgan was very good at pointing out all the deals in the store to entice me to make purchase, all without feeling pressured to do so. Masterclass salesperson.
