- CDC R E A T I V E M O DSep 17, 20265.0Walked in today because I just about had with my frames constantly slipping down my face...Spoke with Claudia and she was super knowledgeable and fixed them immediately to the PERFECT fit. Great customer service, Great attitude, and she made me feel comfortable and welcomed! 🙂
- MHMiguel HernandezSep 5, 20265.0Awesome service, great selection, so-so prices but if you want the best...
- APAdrian PSep 16, 20251.0Leroy was an unhelpful and unprofessional manager. Instead of assisting me with my issue, he gave me conflicting information and even lied about sunglasses protocols and procedures. On top of that, his attitude was rude and dismissive. Thankfully, when I went to another Sunglass Hut location in Beverly, an associate named Gary provided excellent service and resolved my problem right away. I would not recommend shopping at this location.
- AВадим ЦурканJul 3, 20251.0I’ve had negative experiences at this store on three separate occasions. The last time was the worst — no help, no accountability. The manager, Leroy, refused to come out when I asked for assistance. The employee, Scarlet, denied my return without offering any alternative or support. I ended up solving the issue myself and returned the item at another location where I was treated properly. Poor customer service here — disappointing every time.
- ACAL CallowayFeb 14, 20255.0OMG Anna was the best she was knowledgeable on the glasses I had request about for the look. She was so kind and very helpful.
