  Shady pricing at this location. Display said $39 but I was charged $49.99 Staff fixed it for my friend but not for me. No explanation, no accountability. Disappointing service.

  Excellent customer service and good selection to choose from. First time at the store whilst visiting from the UK, staff friendly and attentive. Will be visiting again

  Had an extremely unfortunate experience while shopping here today on 9/23/22. This was due to employee Quentin attempting to steal both my credit and debit card information. While at checkout, I tried to use my credit card which had been working fine all day. However, the minute I tried to use it to pay for my pair of shoes, my card declined. So, then Quentin suggests that instead of tapping it on the screen, I use the chip instead, and when that was declined, too, then he suggested swiping it. Again, it was declined. I didn’t become suspicious of any fraudulent activity taking place until attempting to use a new card, my bank card. Yet, once again, my card was declined. At that point, I told him that I didn’t know what was going in on, but to give me the receipt from the canceled/declined transaction. Immediately after that, both my credit card company and bank, called me to alert me of fraudulent activity. To be honest, from the minute he assisted me, he was acting a bit nervous, but I thought that perhaps he was just new in the job. It is shameful and deeply disgusting that this employee, Quentin, is doing this. I hope someone from the brand gets in touch with me soon as I have reached out to them about my horrible experience. Also, had I not been quick in asking for the receipt of the declined transaction, I would not have known this employee’s name.
