  Had my wedding ring resized here and it came out perfect — fits exactly right, and the new rhodium coating looks great. They also handed me a free cold water at both drop-off and pickup, which was very welcome in this heat wave. Really happy with the work. Highly recommend if you’re in DTLA.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Love Sam’s! Fast, friendly, professional, incredibly skilled. I brought in a vintage cluster ring from my grandmother that needed pretty significant resizing from an 8.5 down to a 5, and he did it beautifully without sacrificing any stones. When I went to pick it up, I brought in a watch for servicing and some more jewelry for Cleaning. All of which is completely reasonably priced. I’m really looking forward to having them make a custom piece for me with some loose stones I have. The entire staff is just such a pleasure. I get the impression that regardless of what you bring in, or what you need done- They treat it and you with the same care and respect as they would the Hope diamond. So happy to find a jeweler I can trust!

  I had an earring that completely fell apart and needed to be laser welded and Sam’s shop did everything to preserve the front of the earring and keep the signs of repair on the back. It was really well done and a fair price, I’m very happy.

  Sam and the team were not only friendly but exceptional in the service they provided. I went in for a necklace repair, and Sam treated the necklace with care, repaired it and also trimmed the length as I requested. He was very precise on making sure I was satisfied. This will forever be my go to spot for any jewelry or repair needs!
