  Walked in hoping for a simple repair, walked out with an even bigger headache. My friend brought in two longtime Ray-Bans with sentimental value, and neither could be repaired. We were then sold a similar pair that was the last one in the store, only to notice after leaving that the lenses were mismatched, with one polarized and the other apparently not. When we returned, they said it was a rare factory defect. I’m not saying they intentionally sold us defective glasses, but the whole experience from the failed repairs to the lack of quality control was incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of our time. For Ray-Ban, I expected much better.

  Great Experience from when I contacted Chris on the phone very helpful. The whole purchase Experience was great I love my meta glasses. BEWARE ONLINE SHOPPING you might get an empty box
