La atencion de las personas que estaban el 26 de agosto del 2026 es horrible
Nada atentos, mala comunicación, pésima experiencia de compra, encontré los lentes que buscaba por mi cuenta.
Una muy mala atención

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced at the Ray-Ban store at The Americana at Brand in Glendale on Tuesday, August 25, at approximately 6:00 p.m.
I had placed an online order for pickup and expected, at minimum, a professional and reasonably attentive handoff. Instead, the employee assisting me—an individual with long hair working alongside another associate—was noticeably unwelcoming, disengaged, and difficult to hear despite the store being nearly empty.
When I advised him that I was there to pick up my online order, he retrieved the merchandise, handed me the packaging, and essentially told me I was “all set.” I then had to specifically ask whether I could try the item on before leaving. Although he said yes, he immediately began warning me about exchanges and related policies before I had even had an opportunity to properly inspect or try the product. The interaction felt less like customer service and more like an attempt to conclude the transaction as quickly as possible.
What made the experience particularly unacceptable was that, after doing the absolute minimum required to hand over the order, the employee returned to the center table and continued sitting and chatting with his coworker rather than demonstrating any meaningful interest in whether the product fit properly, whether I had questions, or whether I needed assistance.
For a brand that positions itself as a premium global retailer, this level of indifference is inconsistent with any reasonable standard of customer service. Employees representing Ray-Ban should understand that an online pickup is still a customer interaction and should be handled with professionalism, basic courtesy, product knowledge, and appropriate engagement.
I also noticed that another customer posted a review earlier today describing what appears to be a very similar experience. I was likely in the store approximately 30 minutes before that individual, which makes this especially concerning because it suggests my experience may not have been an isolated incident.
Management should take this feedback seriously and review the customer-service practices of the staff working at approximately 6:00 p.m. on August 25. At minimum, the employee who assisted me would benefit from substantial retraining regarding communication, professionalism, customer engagement, and the expectations associated with representing the Ray-Ban brand.
Had this interaction been evaluated through a formal mystery-shopper or quality-assurance program, I would have considered the service a clear failure. I expected significantly better from Ray-Ban and left the store feeling unwelcome, dismissed, and disappointed.

Tuesday, August 29 at 6:39 p.m, I had an extremely disappointing experience with the two male employees working at this location. Their customer service was some of the worst I’ve experienced, and their overall attitude toward customers was incredibly off-putting.
To start, the store was completely empty when my party and I walked in. We received a barely audible hello, and neither employee ever got up from their chairs or even looked up to properly acknowledge us.
While we were looking around, another customer came in and asked about seeing the Meta glasses. The employees remained seated and told him that demos could only be done through appointments, which is completely understandable. However, neither of them made any effort to properly explain this or assist him further, even though it was obvious he didn’t fully understand why he couldn’t receive a demo. Considering the store was completely empty aside from us, the lack of effort to help was frustrating to witness.
Overall, I think these employees seriously need to improve their attitudes and customer service skills. This review isn’t even close to showing how awful this experience felt, even considering majority of it wasn’t even directed to me; it was enough to make me want to write a review. As someone who exclusively wears Ray-Bans, this experience was disappointing enough that I would never recommend this specific location to anyone.
Hm...don't know how I feel about this one. I ordered some prescription glasses online and selected pickup at store so that the store could make any adjustments to make it fit my face well.
I gave them my order number and then this asian gentleman with glasses just basically hands be the whole cardboard box. First of all - where is the service? where is a BAG to put this box in?
I said "oh, I wanted to try them out first just to make sure it fits well." so then he opens the cardboard box and then I try it on. The glasses were tight around the temples so I asked him if he could help adjust them. He says: "since you ordered it online we can't make any changes to them" and I asked "you can't even adjust the tightness around the temples?" and he replied: "no like if the prescription is wrong or you break them." I responded "that's fine I just want the arms adjusted so its not that tight."
He took out a plier tool to adjust the arms a bit so they weren't as tight but I felt like I was just a nuisance. There were also 2 other employees just standing around talking about ordering lunch and what they wanted to order and I was just like ??? Super unprofessional to be honest.

I came in about 5 minutes before closing (which I know is not ideal) but I rushed to the store to buy a pair of wayfarers before the store closed. I knew what I wanted to get and wasn’t even really shopping per se, I was trying to rush as I knew they were closing. The asian gentleman with glasses was incredibly rude. I asked 2 simple questions and he answered both questions with a very rude tone. When I asked him if they only had the wayfarers in a size small he said “yes but whatever you decide you need to pay right now because we are closing”. Which I understand but he was incredibly rude, terrible customer service.I own a small business myself and I’d fire this guy in an instant. I do not recommend anyone goes here, take your business next door to nordstrom. This occured 08/02.
