  I’m a loyal ray ban customer for like 15 years already. But it’s my first time seeing unethical and rude customer service by Justin (well, he said his name is Justin, he looks Asian and he wears glasses). He didn’t let me record how he was speaking to me, but if I were a manager of this store, I would wonder to watch the store video on Tuesday, May 12th, around 7:25-7:40pm and educate staff on basic ethics. Even though I bought a lot of glasses from this brand, it was my first return. So not really sure if that’s the staff who was so rude or if this is how the brand treat customers. Hope it’s not the brand, but just untrained or poorly selected staff.

  I was thoroughly impressed by the knowledge & hospitality of the staff, especially James, when I went to buy my Meta Display. They even allowed me in & cleared all my doubts despite being half an hour late for my appointment. However, as the main store for purchasing smart glasses, it is rather preposterous that the store doesn’t have its own Wifi for setting up new devices. This is especially a problem for international visitors like me who don’t have abundant access to data.

  If you need Ray-Ban you will do yourself well to visit Charlie here at the Americana Glendale store.

  Made an online order with pickup at this store. I changed my mind and didn’t pick up the item, so I started the return process. Support told me I needed to get a receipt from the store and provide the store’s phone number. When I called the store, the employee was very rude and clearly not interested in helping resolve the situation. When I tried to explain that support told me to contact the store, he said, “I don’t care what they told you.” Very unprofessional

  Justin and other staff were great. I had tons of questions regarding the Meta glasses. They were very patient, even when my husband was calling me to ask a new question they had no problem. I appreciate their patience and willingness to help. Overall a great experience. Drove an hour away just to come to the nearest Ray-Ban store.
