If you are reading this review trust me I am more than ecstatic with the help I received, how fast and how professional it was all handled. I had to go through 3 separate demos in a span of 7 months with Best Buy and an additional 3 months of back and forth nothing emails direct from META trying to solve my problem. I finally got more then fed up and decided to take the hour drive to The Grove to visit the Ray Bans store. I was assisted by Jennifer were she reassured me I didn't waste my time and my order will get started. She accomplished something in less then an hour what multiple people couldn't do in almost a year. Would I recommend this store a hundred times YES. Would I recommend the customer service and experience a thousand times YES. Would I recommend assistance from Jennifer a Million times YES. Jennifer Thank you Thank you 🙏🏻.
