  A flagship store. GREAT options. Went in for a purple shirt, left spending over $740+ and a fraud alert on my credit card.

  I was falsely accused of being a RESELLER at this Ralph Lauren outlet simply because I’m Asian, spoke the same language and looks in same ethnicity as the “suspect reseller guy”customer in front of me in the line. I had never met him before and this was literally my first time visiting the store, yet the staff insisted they had “SEEN ME BEFORE .” Apparently, speaking the same language made them assume we were the same group. Being stereotyped and racially profiled like this was deeply uncomfortable and unacceptable. It’s disturbing how confidently innocent customers can be judged and humiliated based purely on assumptions and appearance.

  Today May 21st 2026 at around 6pm! I don’t know her name here at Polo Ralph Lauren citadel outlet but I know she’s a manger here ! Her customer service was so bad and rude ! The way she asked me was so rude and racist ! Even thought the policy don’t allow people to take pictures but she has to talk to the customers nicely with respectful ! There’s no sign at all for no photos so how come people know that they can’t take pictures? She came to me and complained too much ! That’s so damn unprofessional!! Even I need to buy some Tshirts there but I swear I won’t go back for it!
