- JJJohnny Jin5 days ago1.0Especially during difficult economic times, it’s disappointing to see rude and unprofessional employees like this. Businesses should properly investigate these situations and make sure their staff are trained in customer service and professionalism. Some employees act like they own the business, but when customers ask questions, they should kindly explain and guide them instead of responding with cold expressions and bad attitudes. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or unwelcome just for asking simple questions. It felt like I owed them something just for being there. Employees may still receive their paycheck, but showing basic respect and appreciation toward customers should be the minimum standard for any business.

I’m not sure how she got the job at Nordstrom but they must’ve relaxed their expectations because she is trashy. Avoid her and Nordstrom at the Grove!
