  Very disappointing experience at Nordstrom Rack. I purchased several items, including 5 pairs of glasses, but 3 pairs were missing from my bags. After spending two days searching everywhere, I called the store. At first, they insisted that everything had been placed in my bags. After I insisted, they finally checked the cameras and admitted that the 3 pairs had never been put in my bags. They told me they had found them, but when I returned to the store, only 2 pairs were there. They actually admitted that the third pair had been sold again, even though I had already paid for it. They had told me earlier that they would refund me for the third pair, but instead I spent over 1 hour and 30 minutes on the phone, got hung up on, then had to drive an hour, pay for parking, and spend more money to get another pair of glasses. What is most shocking is the lack of responsibility and genuine apology. This basically means a customer can pay for an item, accidentally leave without it because the store failed to put it in the bag, and the store can simply sell the already-paid-for item to someone else. Completely unacceptable customer service.

  I had Jessenia P. as a cashier today and i have to say she went above and beyond to help me as a customer. She did a fantastic job for customer service support!! Thank her for me!🙏🙏

  Did some late shopping Stopped by was let in at 9:06 but they said they close at 9:10??? So whats the point? Might as well open until 10? Thankfully they assisted me & got my last minute gift but just dumb
