- ALAngie Lee4 days ago3.0I love this Nordstrom, and have written many positive reviews before but sad to say I am so disappointed by the recent experience. We've always had amazing service in the baby department. We bought all of our strollers and car seats here, and every purchase has been a great experience. Now that my baby has outgrown his travel stroller, we came back to shop for a new one. I had a few models in mind, so I stopped by last week but the person helping me couldn't demonstrate how they worked or even fold them- She had 0 knowledge about the strollers. She apologized and explained there were too many strollers to remember, suggesting I come back when someone more knowledgeable was working. I came back a few days later, and unfortunately, it was the same experience with the same person. I just think the baby department should be better trained on the products they're selling, especially for big purchases like strollers and car seats. The previous team was amazing, and their knowledge was one of the reasons we always shopped here. I hope Nordstrom brings that level of expertise back because it's making me consider shopping elsewhere for our next stroller.

Thank you so much to Natalie in the women’s intimate wear department for her kindness, patience and knowledge on what she was offering me. This young lady is a gem and an asset to Nordstrom. She worked tirelessly to give me an excellent experience. I cannot get over how kind and helpful she was. THANK YOU SO MUCH NATALIE, I’ll be back!!
