  I stopped by McQueen and liked the feel of the place right away. It had a stylish setup without feeling too stiff, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. It’s the kind of spot that makes a strong first impression and feels worth coming back to.

  I watched 3 employees verbally attack persons with cameras filming the FRONT of the store. Randy was unprofessional and the manager demands they stop filming. I wouldn't spend a penny in this store. They changed their minds when the cops educated them🤣🤣

  The team is odd... especially when they have a an event when they offer champagne. I buy stuff... Team member invited me. I came. No one in the store for event, except me... They offer the champagne, but they give me a strange look as I respond yes to the champagne... Then they don't bring it... I have to ask... & the person says I have to ask if we are serving it.... & yes they are...So I got the glass but very bizarre, very awkward & I was invited by a team member... I've also stopped in a few times over the months & saw they were having another event....more people, so I walked in. Again very odd hosts... This time I didn't try to participate & did a quick peek at the products. But they have poor judgment who they deem not their customer or whose not worth hosting. I am a spender & no doubt about it. This store stands out to me as a weird one. The egos of staff can be good at times but on more visits it's dipropionate to reality.

  Walking into the Alexander McQueen boutique feels more like stepping into a gallery than a retail store. Every detail of the space reflects the creativity and craftsmanship behind the brand. The associates were warm, knowledgeable, and attentive without hovering, making the entire experience feel comfortable and personalized. The quality of the clothing and accessories is exceptional, and seeing the construction up close gives you an even greater appreciation for the designs. Outstanding service and a beautiful shopping environment made this a memorable visit.

  Very disappointing experience at this Alexander McQueen boutique. I visited the Rodeo Drive location today as an existing McQueen client and was interested in purchasing a T-shirt. When I politely asked a sales associate whether any discount was available, he replied, “If you want discount, go to Saks or Neiman,” then turned his back and walked away. The comment felt extremely condescending and disrespectful. I was simply asking a normal client-service question, but his response made me feel judged and unwelcome, as if I did not belong in the boutique for asking about pricing. I still purchased the T-shirt, but when I later asked for his name, he said “Terry.” When I asked how to spell it, he responded, “For what?” After I said I wanted to file a complaint because of his attitude, he replied, “Maybe you should check your attitude before shopping with us,” and asked me to leave the store. This was an unacceptable experience for a luxury retail boutique. The service was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
