  Uninspiring store with pretty dull staff who doesn’t seem to want to be there. I came to return and buy the new items. Staff seemed annoyed that I brought a box of returned items and asked me to dispose their own box which I found odd. Naturally they don’t know how to greet customers and ask them of what they need. Go to Vuori instead. I wonder how long this store will last in this mall given that they are super empty to begin with.

  If you are looking for athletic wear, this is the store to stop in and take a look. I really like the items in this store and the layout. Kenya greeted me as I walked in. After looking for a particular item, I asked Kenya if they had the crossbody cardholder in this store. Unfortunately for me they didn’t but Kenya ordered it for me. My order will be mailed to my home. I really like the material of the workout wear. It’s not heavy material, it is light and airy. If you are looking for quality workout clothing, this is the place to get it. They have stocked this store with various sizes. I found hydration bottles, wristlets, key rings, purses and gym bags. The gym are men and women gym bags.

  It was not a smooth return/exchange experience. I got a pair of leggings with quality issues online when it's on sale, I went to this store to exchange but they said the same leggings are now in full price so either I pay the difference to "exchange" or exchange to another same value leggings on sale. I couldn't find any leggings on sale in the store and they also didn't let me return it and use the credit to buy any other products like shoes or bras. But when I got home and checked the website, it's still on sale online! I thought maybe online and in store are different so I tried to exchange online. However, when I reached out to their live chat agent, I was told the leggings I bought is only eligible for exchange or return in store. If it's that convenient to go to a store, who would have bought it online? And you are telling me your online and in store channels are so independent from each other that exact same product have different prices (well I get it), but at the same time they are not independent enough to provide customer support for items bought in the same channel? It doesn't make any sense from the beginning that they asked me to pay the difference to exchange, who calls it an exchange when you simply ask your customers buy exactly the same leggings at a higher price??? This is the first time I had issues with Lululemon's product and the customer service I received is ridiculous and totally a turn off for this brand.
