  Tried to get a hat and asked the staff for a new one, unfortunately she said the displayed one is the last one im like fine and she asked if i wanna get it cuz it’s ‘new’, like what do you mean by selling a displayed one??????

  I visited the store on May 15, 2026 approx 12:53pm. The girl at the cash register, Sarah, was really nice and asked me if I needed help. She helped me find the exercise bras. She led me to Charisse who helped me find a dressing room to try them on. Charisse was thoughtful and brought me another exercise bra that she thought I might like to try. She really listened to what I was looking for and my comments on how I felt the other exercise bras felt when I tried them on. She brought me the exercise bra that I thought I wouldn't like, but it ended up being the right one. It was great that she took the time to look for other things for me to try that fit my parameters. It felt like she was my personal shopper and found exactly what made me feel comfortable. I was really glad Sarah and Charisse was there and were so customer friendly and was great at their jobs. I had just come from another store that I had a bad experience, so this totally cheered me up unexpectedly. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

  Staff is very welcoming and helpful, it was a great experience. The store has a great variety of products, is well organized and clean as well.

  Horrible experience at this store they racially profile you. I had to ask assistance from an associate in the dressing rooms because the associates out on the floor did not greet nor offered me assistance. Such disappointment, I still purchased because dressing room associate was able to find my size . Called corporate office but they do not care either about my experience because they stayed management would call me or a district manager as i had requested . However, it's been a month and I yet to get a call from anyone. This store really needs to train employees to treat everyone fairly. Such a disappointment
