  I visited the store on May 15, 2026 approx 12:53pm. The girl at the cash register, Sarah, was really nice and asked me if I needed help. She helped me find the exercise bras. She led me to Charisse who helped me find a dressing room to try them on. Charisse was thoughtful and brought me another exercise bra that she thought I might like to try. She really listened to what I was looking for and my comments on how I felt the other exercise bras felt when I tried them on. She brought me the exercise bra that I thought I wouldn't like, but it ended up being the right one. It was great that she took the time to look for other things for me to try that fit my parameters. It felt like she was my personal shopper and found exactly what made me feel comfortable. I was really glad Sarah and Charisse was there and were so customer friendly and was great at their jobs. I had just come from another store that I had a bad experience, so this totally cheered me up unexpectedly. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

  The staff here were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that shopping felt like hanging out with helpful friends rather than just running errands. They answered all my questions, gave great suggestions without pushing anything, and made the whole experience super enjoyable. I left the store happy, smiling, and genuinely impressed. Definitely one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had can’t wait to come back!

  Definitely the worst Lululemon location to shop for gym clothes. The service felt uncomfortable from the start and the customer treatment leaves a lot to be desired. You walk in expecting an experience consistent with the brand and end up feeling out of place. They really need to improve the staff’s courtesy and service, because like this it’s impossible to want to come back.
