    I appreciated the prompt response and accommodating me with an appointment. They even covered my parking in the lot next door to their offices. They were friendly and timely with their appraisal and fair with their offer. They paid me by check which I was able to cash downstairs at the bank. It was hard parting with such a sentimental piece of jewelry but they made the process very easy. I’m taking a couple of things back tomorrow. Would highly recommend

    I've been researching the best place to sell my old jewelry and found this place. It had 5 star reviews so I went ahead and made an appointment for last Saturday. The office is very small, but they took me in immediately. It was a very good experience, I had a lot of old jewelry, I knew some of them weren't real but Frank tested every piece right in front of me. He gave me a very good offer on the ones that were real. Would definitely recommend them.
